THE TEACHER
TYLER MARRU​

I believe in the connection to all facets of our self: mind, energetic body, emotion, physical body, and spirit.
I am a facilitator of posture, movement, intention, and attentiveness to the individual experience; cultivating healing in spaces of non-judgmental embrace.
My classes are dynamic in sequencing, mentally and physically challenging, and instill a journey for self-discovery and curiosity.

Private yoga sessions offer a somatically-informed, healing approach to dynamic movement. I work with each client to create a personalized practice that meets their individual needs and goals. I use a combination of breath work, meditation, and poses to help you cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
